Display Studio: How to add commands to the trigger widget for Daktronics Show Control?

Steps

Open the Display Studio Trigger Widget labeled Ross Talk or P-Bus from the bottom tool bar. 

Pin the Widget ( version 3.1.0.33 or later)
Click the pin button on any dashboard widget to keep the widget visible when using Display Studio.  If you close and reopen the workspace in the same desktop, the pins should keep their state.

Choose the + sign to add a new command.

  1. From the command drop down, pick the GPI command or P-Bus register number (1-999) you want to use.

  2. Click on Select Script.  This will show a hierarchy list of all the scripts (buttons) in your workspace.
  3. Select the script you wish to trigger from the hierarchy list of scripts.  
    1. There is a expand and collapse all buttons to make searching quicker.
    2. Type the name of the script.
    3. If you have a new script that is not populating.  Click on the refresh button in the upper right corner.

    4. Save the selected command.

Test: When the switcher or other device sends a specific GPI or P-Bus command, the Display Studio script should play the configured script.   The trigger widget will flash green and indicate what command is playing.
