Steps
🔽 Use the arrows to open or collapse each section.
HTML interface
Open a browser window and enter the device IP address and port in the address bar followed by pressing the Enter key, e.g. http://123.45.67.89 or http://123.45.67.89:01.

- If using Internet Explorer, version 11 will be needed.
- If connecting to a DMP-8000 you will be taken to its dashboard and be required to enter a password when saving changes.
- If connecting to a VIP-5060 you will be prompted for the username and password, enter them and click OK or Sign in.
Silverlight (legacy) interface
- Open a browser window and enter the device IP address and port in the address bar followed by pressing the Enter key, e.g. http://123.45.67.89 or http://123.45.67.89:01.
- You will receive several Java prompts to click past which may include the following:
- "Your Java version is out of date." Do not update Java, click Later on this prompt.
- "Do you want to run this application? - CalibrationApplet" Click the "I accept the risk and want to run this app." box to put a checkmark in it and click the Run button.
- "Do you want to run this application? - ftpApplet" Click the "I accept the rist and want to run this application." box to put a checkmark in it and click the Run button.
- "Block potentially unsafe components from being run?" Click the Don't Block button.
- Reference How do I use the Display Finder utility to detect a display? if needed.
- If connecting to a DMP-4060 or a VIP-4060 you will need Java version 6 or 7 as well as Microsoft Silverlight, it is recommended to use Internet Explorer for these.
- If the device IP is not known, it may be captured by viewing the boot sequence on the display after power cycling or detected using Display Finder.
- The log in page for the web interface will open, enter the password and click OK or Log In.
