  • How do I know if my corporate or parent account has scheduled something to my display in Venus Control Suite?

Environment

  • Product: Venus Select, Venus Professional, Venus Enterprise
  • Components: Advertiser Accounts, account hierarchy 
  • Control System: Venus Cloud-Based
If a corporate level account schedules to displays, the playlist should be viewable in the applicable sub-accounts (regional and/or site specific).  

Steps

  1. Log into your specific site account in Venus Control Suite.  See: Venus Accounts: How do I log in to Venus Control Suite?

  2. Select the Playlists tab from the Venus menu. 

  3. The playlist creator's account is viewable on the Playlist page.

  4. Click on the playlist to view the content.  Note: This playlist is read only because it is owned by another account.
