- Control System: Venus Control Suite Locally Hosted version 0.1.582 and higher, Venus Control Suite Daktronics Hosted
🛠️Administrators have access the Displays app.
Venus Diagnostics or System Health provides the ability to view diagnostic information of a digital display from computer to module components. Access and visibility to diagnostics is based on licensing.

Steps
View Diagnostics via Displays App.
- Log into Venus Control Suite. See: Venus Accounts: How do I log in to Venus Control Suite?
- Open the Displays App from the Apps Menu located in the top right of the VCS landing page. Venus: My navigation has changed after updates.
- Click on the applicable display.
- Click on the View Diagnostics button.

- Open the Monitoring App from the Apps Menu located in the top right of the VCS landing page. Venus: My navigation has changed after updates.
- From the top corner of the tile, select diagnostics.
Legacy method without Venus Displays App
- Select Displays.
- Click the display you wish to view diagnostics for.
- Click Troubleshooting.
- Click the View Diagnostics button.
If the "View Diagnostics" button is not present:
- The VIP may be running an older firmware version that does not support it.
- The DI-6000 may not have it enabled, reference How to enable Venus Control Suite Diagnostics for VP/DI-6000 via command lines
