This baseball season, the Rookie Level Gulf Coast League and the Arizona League will need to support the ‘Runner on 2nd’ rule. Details about this rule can be found on mlb.com.
In DakStats, the Special Plays tab that provides the operator the option to begin runners on 2nd base at the start of an inning. This functionality was previously available to support softball and independent baseball league rules, and can also be used to score extra innings under this rule amendment. Specific steps for entering the play information can be found in this Knowledge Base article.
