We appreciate the sign companies that work so hard to serve their customers with digital signs. We are pleased to announce these sign companies who earned Diamond and Platinum Award sales status in 2022.

YESCO has been around even longer than Daktronics – they’ve been open since 1920! (Daktronics opened its doors in 1968.) From the smallest retail kiosk to the largest multinational organization, YESCO can design, manufacture, install and maintain an identification package that is tailored to every business’s specific needs. They even go the extra mile by regularly patrolling customers’ locations to make sure their signs and lighting are always working properly and looking their best.

Through more than 30 years of partnership, La Crosse Sign Group have become one of Daktronics leading sign companies. As Daktronics holds our Honest, Helpful and Humble values near and dear, so too does La Crosse Sign Group live out their slogan “Make a Statement.” As owner Paul Fuchsel explains, “A building is just a building until you put the electronic display up with it. That tells the story.”

Over the last year, Federal Heath took note of the rising popularity of interior signage in the convenience store industry. Using displays both indoors and out, they worked with their customers to create exciting, cohesive shopping experiences. Tim Smith explains the key to their success as a sign company is “a combination of service, quality, and an unwavering commitment to customers.”

EMI Signs’ CEO Rod Wilson has a long history with Daktronics. He was been with us at the beginning as Daktronics 17th employee, before branching off to start EMI Signs in 1984. Wilson says, “Whether in times of crisis or periods of success, businesses need to communicate with their customers, and we’ve been fortunate to provide our clients with the tools to keep their business growing and help them reach more customers in a dynamic way.”

Alvey's Signs 50th Anniversary

Ken Alvey started his sign business out of the family garage – a mirror image of Daktronics humble beginnings. They started hand painting signs for local customers. Today, they maintain their hands-on approach in their state-of-the-art facilities, providing customers with many options, including Daktronics LED signs to help their customers promote business and deliver messages effectively.

After 20 years of working with Daktronics, Persona Signs sees more and more customers shifting toward digital signs. A fellow South Dakota Company, Persona is one of the top five largest sign providers in the country, which they credit to their Midwestern values and work ethic. They provide lighting of all kinds for their customers, and they strive to lower energy costs, cut maintenance bills and make locations safer and more attractive.

Piros Signs is proud to be a top reseller of Daktronics displays. General Manager David Brand Jr. says, “They meet the quality and dependability we expect out of the signs we fabricate and install. We can stand behind each and every display with confidence. It is a great partnership for both companies.” Piros is one of the top installation subcontractors throughout the country for the many high-profile stadium/arena/live event venues that use Daktronics video displays.

According to Indigo Signs, the key to an effective display is the pairing of static and digital signage. Indigo Signs has proven their expertise on the static side, and they wanted to bring in a trusted partner to help with the digital; they chose Daktronics almost 30 years ago. Their success is leading them to expand their business, reaching new locations.
