MOE, BAM or Takeover are just some of the terms used when referring to a moment where the same content is triggered to all the displays at once, such as AND ONE, HOMERUN or TOUCHDOWN!
When creating a scripting button for DMP-8000 players, you will notice a double arrow icon in the top right corner of your button called Pre-load. The Pre-Load script allows synchronized playback on different displays by loading content into the player or player’s memory prior to actually playing it. Follow the steps for scripting multiple lines to different displays, then select the Pre-load option.
Scripting button steps
- Select DMP-8000
- Select the different players or zones
- Keep ‘Play’ selected
- Add the file
- Keep ‘Continuous’ selected
- Select the Pre-load button
- Save
The finished preload button will look like this:
When clicked, a file appears in the Pre-Load Fly-Out when it is finished loading. Just click play to start playing the synchronized file.
