DM-100 showing "Searching for connected device"; Server radio lock up

Potential Symptoms

  • Prices are incorrect on the display.
  • When trying to update from the DM-100, it is showing "Searching for Connected device."
  • Cycling power to the display and the DM-100 controller do not resolve the issue.

Cause

  • Server radio lock up.

Resolution

  • Cycle power to the Fuelight system.
    1. Unplug power to radio J-box, unplug DM-100 from J-box.
    2. Power off ALL price signs.
    3. Plug power into radio J-box and after 30 seconds, power on displays (30 seconds between each).
    4. Finally, plug DM-100 into radio J-box and allow it to fully boot up.
