Cause
- Lantronix device had been connected to customer's router and pulled IP that was incompatible with Daktronics Standard Video System.
Resolution
- Connect Lantronix device to router in Daktronics Standard Video System and cycle power to it so it pulls compatible IP.
- Verify in data from All Sport 5000 through Data Monitor
