The cross-fade makes a smooth transition between two files with audio or at the end of a clip. The first source will fade out while the second fades in.

Steps

Apply a default transition to the zone playing the files with audio, or set a transition on the file in the button's script line.  See: Show Control System: Display Studio Content transition configuration  

The audio cross-fade follows the content transition timing settings.
