eCCB display is blank, no boot up or heartbeat; Failed controller

Potential Symptoms

  • Display is blank and unable to connect to it, but Power LED is lit on the controller.
  • There is no boot up when power is cycled and no heartbeat.
  • The Run Indicator is not lit on the display controller.
  • CAN Tx/Rx are not lit on the controller.
