RC-100/RC-200 is getting low signal strength, replace RC-100/RC-200
Potential Symptoms
- RC-100 / RC-200 is getting 1 bar for signal strength and intermittently disconnects with base station.
- RC-100 / RC-200 is showing low signal strength however alternate RC-100 is shows full signal strength and connects with displays with no issue.

- Product Family: Sports Product, Digit and Price Displays
- Product: Wireless scoreboard
- Component: RC-100 handheld remote, RC-200 handheld remote
- Control System: RC-100 with Base Station, FLR-500, RC-200 with Base Station
Cause
- Failed or weak radio in RC handheld.
Resolution
- Replace RC handheld.
For Temporary Operation
- Use another RC handheld, until the handheld is replaced.
