Created message in Content Studio and the text is not appearing out on the display, but the background colors are.
Potential Symptoms
- I tried to change a slide, but now all it's showing is the background color with no text.
- I cannot see any text out on my display.
- All I can see on my display is background colors / fills.
- Message previews fine in Content Studio, but text does not appear out on board.

Cause
- Display is configured incorrectly.
Resolution
- Follow How to create and configure a Galaxy display in Venus 1500 V4., DD1974222 to reconfigure the display in Venus 1500 hub, and make sure it has the correct product family, height by width, and color depth selected. You will also need to download the media kit again, recreate, and reschedule any content that was created previously as it will no longer be available since the configuration has changed.
