When loading the Content Tab in Venus 1500 v4, the presentations do not load up in the folder.
Potential Symptoms
- When loading the Content Tab in Venus 1500 v4.19.1, the presentations do not load up in the folder.
- The presentations appear in the Open/Save window in Content Studio and when trying to add to Playlists in the Schedule Tab.
Environment
- Venus 1500 v4.19.1 and lower
- Hundreds of presentations in single folder
Cause
- Venus 1500 v4 connects and talks to the Nucleus Server to pull various information and data. When there is large amounts of data and it exceeded the max limit of data, Nucleus Server refuses to load the data, and there for will not load the list.
Resolution
- The fix will be permanently added in an upcoming release of Venus 1500.
Work Around
- Contact Daktronics Technical Support to apply the temporary fix until the permanent fix is released with and upcoming Venus 1500 release.
