Pitch Count: At Bat or Pitch Count digits showing wrong information, Incorrect menu setting
Potential Symptoms
- At Bat or Pitch Count digits are displaying a number (usually time, 60, 24, 12, or any other number), instead of the player number that is currently At Bat or Pitch Count.
- At Bat or Pitch Count cannot be adjusted.
- A timer is being displayed on a baseball scoreboard without a clock.
Environment
- Product: Any baseball scoreboard with an "At Bat" or "Pitch Count" section
- Component:
- Control System: All Sport 5000
Cause
- Incorrect Menu Setting in the All Sport Console for desired display information.
- The "Time Display" menu setting is not set to "At Bat" or "Pitch Count" in the All Sport console.
Resolution
- Modify the All Sport Console menu settings to show the desired "At Bat" or "Pitch Count" information instead of clock.
