Vanguard: How do I create a schedule in Vanguard Version 4 Professional software

How to create a schedule in Vanguard V4 Pro?

Steps

  1. Launch Vanguard.
  2. In Vanguard open, click on the tools tab.
  3. Click on Schedule Studio, (assuming messages are already created via Content Studio).
  4. Click on The "V" in the top left corner, and select new.
  5. Click on Select a Display.
  6. Select the sign that you want the schedule for and click finish.
  7. Click on Add Day Plan.
  8. Click on Add, select the message to be displayed, then click Open.
  9. Set the start and stop times (don't over lap times) click ok.
  10. Repeat last 2 steps until all messages are set for schedule.
  11. Click on the "V" in the top left corner, and select save.
  12. Title your new schedule and save.
  13. If no more schedules need to be made, close schedule studio.
  14. Click on the Home tab.
  15. Select the sign(s) that need the schedule to be run on.
  16. Press the Play Schedule, select the schedule to be ran.
  17. Press the play icon in the lower right corner.
  18. Schedule will run as set.
