No communication, TX flashes on J-box but RX doesn't; Incorrect wall pack transformer
Potential Symptoms
- Unable to communicate to Galaxy display.
- May have TX LED lit on J-box.
- May find the Com port/USB port on computer no longer functions after being plugged into the J-box.
- Neither radio shows an In Range light.
- J-box and Server radio will pass loopback but client radio will not.

Cause
- Wall pack transformer (AC adapter) that is powering j-box does not meet requirements of 12 VAC and 1667 mA.
Resolution
- Find or obtain a 12VAC 1667mA wall pack adaptor and plug into the J-box. Daktronics p/n: 0A-1611-0508.
- It is possible the wrong adaptor could damage the J-box so please verify communication upon plugging in correct adaptor.
