  • How to check what switch state the handheld pendants plugged into the All Sport Pro stand are sending to the All Sport Pro Services
  • This can be helpful for in depth troubleshooting some situations where the start/stop/horn and start/stop/double reset handhelds appear to not be working. However, issue is still present after replacement handhelds and across multiple All Sport Pro stands.

Environment

  • Product: All Sport Pro Tablet controlled virtual and fixed digit scoreboards
  • Component: All Sport Interface box (tablet stand)
  • Control System: All Sport 5000 embedded /IPad tablet with App.

Steps

  • Open Data Monitor to Transmit Tab
  • Monitor one of the following UDP Ports depending on the Config # of the All Sport Pro Stand:
    • 26001 Config #1
    • 26002 Config #2
    • 26003 Config #3
    • 26004 Config #4
    • 26005 Config #5
    • 26006 Config #6
  • The state of both handheld Start/Stop switches is represented by the following:
    • SENDJ4 - MainJ7 - Shot/Play
