Daktronics Lab Services is our in-house testing facility, located at our headquarters in Brookings, SD. Here, we do everything from measure image quality, test performance and even stress components to complete failure to discover vulnerabilities. Our engineers use this data to improve and develop our indoor and outdoor products to ensure every display is built with unmatched integrity, quality and reliability.

MySupport Service

At Daktronics, we strive to make service as simple as possible for all customers. We recommend you review this introduction on our Support Resources: My Support Series.

Get quick and easy online support from Daktronics when you sign up for the MySupport customer web portal. MySupport provides fast access to service that's specific to your site and equipment. You also have personal Daktronics account information, reflecting your equipment orders and service history details.

Many of our customers use MySupport to check the status of part orders, report issues, ask questions and request scheduled callbacks for troubleshooting. You can also attach pictures, video and more to help our team get to the bottom of any issues you're having.

Venus Control Suite

Software Overview

Venus Control Suite is the software solution for scheduled content, available in both cloud-based and hosted options. It is used in all levels of commercial applications as the primary software and is used in sports applications for select functions.

Benefits of Venus Control Suite

Venus® Control Suite is a control system software package composed of apps that provide interactive display control. Depending on installation method, users can access Venus® Control Suite from either a hosted server (remote, cloud-based control) or from a local computer server (local control). This manual will address the hosted version of Venus® Control Suite. It enables the user to import, create, edit and organize display content in addition to managing accounts and running reports.
