Content Studio: How do I check for the latest Venus 1500 V4 media kit content

  • How do I check if there is any new media kit content available for download?

Environment

  • Venus 1500 V4

Steps

  1. Open up the Venus 1500 V4 Media Kit utility (Start >> All Programs >> Daktronics >> Venus 1500 V4 >> Venus 1500 Media Kit).
  2. After utility has launched, you should eventually see your display type populate in the upper left corner (e.g. Galaxy 64x128 RGB68B).
  3. Checkmark the box next to the display type.
  4. Then Checkmark the box that says "Get latest content only" (this will check the content that has already been downloaded to your computer and see if there is anything new to download).
  5. Click the Download button.
  6. Any new content available will then download.
