Daktronics Returns To Summit League Tournament With Video Displays, Professional Services
BROOKINGS, S.D. – Mar. 1, 2017 – Daktronics (NASDAQ-DAKT) of Brookings, South Dakota, is once again partnering with the Sioux Falls Sports Authority to provide additional LED video displays and professional services for The Summit League At The Falls college men's and women's basketball tournaments tipping off this Saturday, March 4, at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
This year, three additional LED scorer's tables have been added to the inventory for more digital signage on press row. The PREMIER Center is outfitted with Daktronics signage from the entrance to the court for a complete game-day experience for fans, student-athletes and coaches alike.
"We are excited to again be part of the Summit League basketball tournament and to partner with the Sioux Falls Sports Authority in what is always a great four days of basketball," said Matt Warnke, Daktronics sales representative. "Our display technology, including additional LED courtside displays, along with our creative services group will help inform and entertain fans not only during the games, but outside the main arena as well while showing some of the many applications where our LED technology can be used."
Similar to last year, Daktronics will provide a 1.9-millimeter video display as a press backdrop as well as a 4-millimeter video feature in the Summit Lounge where audiences can catch live action and game updates.
Daktronics Professional Services team prepared digital content for LED displays throughout the venue and will have support personnel on site providing game-day production and ensuring all displays are operating at the optimal levels.
The Denny Sanford PREMIER Center features a Daktronics LED video super system consisting of a 10-display centerhung configuration above the court, a 360-degree ribbon display along the seating fascia, two end wall displays and a marquee display at the main entrance of the facility.
